About Padamudra

Bharatanatyam's repertoire includes a range of rhythmic and expressive compositions, known as "adavus" and "abhinaya" respectively. Adavus involve complex sequences of steps, while abhinaya focuses on storytelling through facial expressions, hand gestures (mudras), and body movements.
